About the Open House Network Group
| Jenniffer Fisher, founder of the Open House Network Group, recognized a need among many of her clients for services more traditionally associated with larger real estate offices. Jenniffer's background as a realtor and previous experience using open houses as marketing opportunity in the home improvement industry further underscored her belief in the importance of the open house concept. |
Knowing the tremendous value that such a program could bring to REALTORS, Jenniffer decided that she could create a program for them based on the idea that if many individuals could be brought together to form a larger group, everyone would be able to benefit from the effort. Out of those ideas came action and hard work, and in 2005 the Open House Network Group was formed.
By establishing a cooperative effort among the many smaller offices, Jenniffer was able to create an open and responsive environment in which REALTORS from many companies can benefit from sharing and receiving feedback and exposure from a larger, more diverse group of real estate professionals than would be possible within a single office.
The group originally began in St. Charles County, MO, and continues to grow as more people find out about the opportunities and benefits. The Open House Network Group has recently expanded their geographic tour area to also include Florissant, Hazelwood and Maryland Heights in St. Louis County.

The logistics of coordinating a weekly tour require a great deal of time and dedication by Jenniffer and others who contribute to making the Open House Network Group possible:
Mary Goldkamp, US Bank Mary joined with Jenniffer to help in marketing and implementing the Open House Network Group program. Mary continues to be an integral part of running and promoting the program. Peggie Ayres, Assured Title. Peggie is committed to helping the Open House Network Group tours succeed through her time and effort given to the program. Mary Cooper, Show-Me Realty Associates. Mary is responsible for taking all requests for tour listings in the St. Charles county area and determining how to organize and map them into the weekly tours. Brian Fricker, Insurance Consultants Inc. Brian is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help make the weekly tours a success. Whether it's producing tour packets and surveys, or greeting members on tour, he is always willing to help.
