Weekly Agent Caravan Tours
On the first and third Tuesday of each month, the Open House Network Group organizes an agent tour of 6-8 of our member's listings. Realtors in the Open House Network Group have the opportunity to tour each of these houses and provide their comments by filling out an evaluation form for each listing.
Not only is this a great opportunity for the touring agents to become familiar with the available inventory, but it also provides the listng agent with terrific exposure and professional feedback that can be shared with their clients.

Tour Locations
The tour schedule is based on geographic location designed to make each tour as efficient as possible.
A "submit your listing for tour" reminder email will be sent mid week.
Each week on Monday, an email will be sent to all Open House Network Group members with details on the current week's tour.
What Happens on Tour Day?
Tours generally begin at 10:00 am at the first listing on the tour. You will be able to pick up your Tour Packet there, which provides feature sheets and evaluation forms for each of the listings on tour that day.
We request that you visit each of the listings on the tour, and fill out an evaluation on each with as much detail as possible. Your input is valuable to the listing agent and their client, and is important in adding real benefit to having a house on the tour. Think about the type of feedback you would like to receive from other agents on your listings, and respond accordingly with your comments.

Bring your completed evaluations to the last house on the tour.

A light lunch will be served at the last house on the tour. This is a great chance for you to network with other realtors, our monthly sponsoring partners and participate in the listing exchange.
